Includes 12 FREE phone or video visits per year. Includes a bp cuff, thermometer, otoscope, and pulse ox shipped to your home

Flat rate "non-member" pricing
While we encourage our patients to consider membership, we do offer flat rate pricing if you are not ready to become a member.
Consultation Fee
$150
Includes house-call, discussion of medical concern, and ordering of any prescriptions/tests necessary. Diagnostics done at point of care, and treatment services are billed in ADDITION to the consultation fee.
***Please note this is only offered for an acute "sick" visit, or a one time wellness physical. For chronic disease management and/or exploring your health needs, membership is required.

Tele-Medicine Consultation Fee
$150
Includes 1 hour virtual consultation, discussion of medical concern, and ordering of any prescriptions/tests necessary. Follow up discussion if needed is included.
